Reinforced Aluminum & Titanium: Scanbodies are made of reinforced aluminum or titanium, autoclavable up to 220°C. Reusable and dimensionally stable — not ordinary low-cost PEEK components.

5×7 Grid Layout: Each scanflag has 35 scan points. Capturing any 4 points is sufficient for clinical recognition, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Workflow

  1. Install Scan Bodies — Install coded scan bodies or coded healing abutments on the multi-unit abutments. Open Vision X and enter case information.
  2. Capture Data — Hold the scanner at the working distance. The software shows real-time capture progress. When all markers turn green, acquisition is complete.
  3. Register Positions — Vision X calculates each implant number, angle, and 3D position, then matches the scan-body data with the oral scan.
  4. Design Restoration — Export the registered implant-position data and dental model to CAD software for bridge or bar design, milling, and try-in.
  5. Output — Registered 3D implant-position data ready for CAD design in open digital workflows.
